He says Rugova led Kosovo's statehood process, so speaking of his attributes as a politician while he was alive.
But Bujoov seems to have missed the picture with which he supported the published Facebook text.
It is where former US President Bill Clinton, George Bush and President Ibrahim Rugova figure in the middle.
But this photo turns out to be a mess, as in reality, instead of Rugova, it's George H.W. Bush.
