The Yunik municipality appeals to citizens to take care of the Erenik River (Video)

The Yunik municipality has appealed to the citizens of this municipality to be careful as they cross the bed of the Erenik River, as rainfall has raised the water level.

The municipality says they are closely conveying the river situation and that all emergency units are at the scene.

Appeal for care along the bed of the Erenik River

Honored citizens of the Yunik municipality and beyond, we appeal to you to be careful as you walk across the bed of the Erenik River. Especially should older people and children not leave without a companion.
The Yunik municipality is closely following the state of the Erenik River bed, which after the last rainfall has increased the water flow level.
All emergency units are at the scene: the fire unit, the Kosovo police service, the municipal official.
Also available are machines to help control situations.
