Georgia's prime minister, Giorgi Kvili, has said his country remains in a position not to recognise Kosovo's independence.
He made that statement during a meeting he held Monday in Tbilisi with Serbia's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce Rasim Ljajic and that of the State Administration and the Local Power Branko Rusic.
He has argued this approach with, as “The advancement of border invisibility and non-intervention in the internal affairs of other states that should be the basis for overall stability in international relations”.
Kosovo has been recognised by 114 countries since its 2008 declaration of independence.
While last month, Serbian top diplomat Ivica Dacic had said Suriname had withdrawn recognition of Kosovo, but Kosovo authorities had denied accepting official documents concerning attracting recognition from the country in South America.
