NISMA) National Council Chairman Jakup Krasniqi has said he does not understand why Prizren and Pristina should go on recounting.
He writes on Facebook:
Easier votes than the runoff vote do not!
Without entering the vicious circle, there is or no reason for renumbering the vote for municipalities: Pristina and Prizren will display the remarks they must make public.
If a mistake has been made in the runoff vote, where only two candidates have been voted, what about the October 22nd 2017 vote?
Then there were two lists and many candidates?
Why then did the recounting of voting not go back to any municipality like now?
Why is the recount not repeated in other municipalities, where the result is very close among candidates?
One thing is true: The recounting of ballot boxes such as the June election for the legislature and, like those in the municipal elections, are evidence that the electoral system we have in use is urgently changing!
Although, the Electoral System change has no support for change?
Why is that?
Why misuse of vote is needed by the majority!
Otherwise I don't understand our policy's willingness to change the electoral system!
