Sensitive material arrives in two Mitrovica municipalities

Talks and ballot boxes have reached schools throughout the territory of two parts of Mitrovica, Klan Kosova reports.

For the second time in post-war and independent Kosovo in northern Kosovo, local elections will be held according to procedures that the Central Election Commission defines.

Police have said they have an operational plan for the entire territory, but slightly more specific for the country's north, for northern Mitrovica, Leposavic, Zvecanin and Zubin Potok respectively.

Special missions in the north, besides the police, will have the OSCE, which will provide technical assistance to the CEC.
