Today's sentence has prevented Krasniqi from approaching Zeka 5m within the Kosovo Assembly and 100m outside.
Indexline has contacted analyst Ramush Tahiri, to see if the court's decision is fair according to him.
He has said that the courts act independently and as such have pronounced sufficient and necessary punishment to prevent another duel between them.
It's a court decision. Courts are independent, and under the article, the civil code and penal code are provided with the description of the work and the life - giving circumstances, but also the provision that the judge deems sufficient and necessary, as if it is a provision not to approach one another to come to the conflict and then not a verbal duel or another. It means respect for the law, which has been passed in the Kosovo Assembly and which allows these possibilities what they are” Tahiri told Indexline.
Asked how this clash between MPs will affect Kosovo's image in international countries, Tahiri said it shows the low level of democracy and will negatively affect the country's image.
Kosovo's “image affects them badly because it shows the low level of democracy and public and parliamentary debate, but such events occur in other countries both within parliament and abroad. We need to do the job that was occasionally isolated and that doesn't follow the following”, Tahiri added further.
