The special prosecutor, Abdurrahim Islami, has admitted before Pristina's Constitutional Court that part of the evidence he administers and submitted during the trial process are excusing to four terrorism suspects in the case of the August 4th 2016 attack in the Kosovo Assembly.

“Procuroria in this case, states that in most reports, no evidence has been found that would directly connect the accused to”, the prosecutor said at the session against 4 VV activists charged with terrorism.

However, he has further said it happened after suspects Frasher Krasniqi, Att Haliti, Egzon Arifi and Adea Batusha have used sophisticated tools during the conduct of the attack. These were told at the trial hearing, which is continuing at the Pristina Foundation Court, where the prosecutor is presenting the evidence he administers. During the presentation it has been noted that the Special Prosecutor has not delivered some of the evidence to the Court for Administration.

Earlier, VV deputy who is among the accused, Frasher Krasniqi, has reacted.

This is his Facebook post:

Today at the trial hearing against Adea, Egson, Homeland and me, the prosecutor himself admitted that the <x0-tests taken at the scene, DNA analysis and electronic equipment expertise reports, NO link between the accused and the attack on the Assembly”.

It took about a year and a half for the prosecutor himself to admit across that the case against us is political assembly.
