Lacking the hearing, the judge again issued an order for violent association in the court of Nexhat Ademi, accused of terrorism.
Ademi on Monday had to appear at the second review at the accused's bank.
At today's session, objections to the evidence and request to drop the indictment were presented, but the session was postponed in its absence.
The judge of the case, Vesel Ismajli, said he did not reason the absence, though he was informed of the timing and date of the session.
There are no legal conditions for continuing this second court review session. For the next session, I'm going to release my warrant for association with violence again, but if this continues we have nothing left but to address the measure of detention”, Judge Ishmael warned.
Meanwhile, the lawyer of the accused Ademi, Sabedin Cenaj, said he tried several times to contact his defense, has answered another person who had claimed to be the wrong number.
I have a number that he gave me, he's not answering, he's calling who else, said lawyer Chenaj.
Ademi, according to the Kosovo Special Prosecutor's Act in January 2014, was launched from Pristina Airport to Istanbul and from where he later travelled to Turkey's town of Gaziantep near the Syrian border.
The prosecution claims that Ademi's goal was to move to Syria and become part of the Al-Nusra organisation and commit to creating the Islamic State on the territory of Syria and Iraq.
The indictment reportedly states that Nexhat Ademi remained in Syria for a week on territory controlled by Al-Nusra and then returned to Kosovo.
In addition to this trip, the Special Prosecutor claims that Ademi again tried to go to Syria on March 4th 2016, but after arriving at Istanbul Airport was banned by Turkish authorities and then deported to Kosovo because of his connection to the war zone.
The next session was scheduled for November.
