At the same time, I can consider that we are winners of these elections, given that we have passed a national election process, which has been the best on June 11th. Now we have a very positive return”, says Kadri Veseli, chairman of PDK, Top Channel.

Wessel is convinced of winning the 10 municipalities in which he is in the runoff, while acknowledging the failure in Pristina. But the head of The PDK says reserved for which candidate it will support in Pristina's runoff, between Shpend Ahmeti and Arban Abrash.

As for the impact of the October 22nd election outcome on the ruling coalition, Wessel expresses obedience.
