Former Justice Commission Secretary reveals details of counterfeiting in Lumez file

Former Justice Proving Commission Secretary Sahit Shala, in an interview for the KTV team and “Justice Trust”, has confessed how in 89 he had abandoned the Jurisprudence Commission, leaving all books behind and everything else related to this test in the hands of violent measures.

Remember that his work was taken by Rada Dimievicq, until the District Secretary was appointed, Djordje Jaksic.

According to him, since 1990, the Commission for Jurisprudence was ethnically clean.

Many years later, Sahit has taken over his book of jurisdiction and admits that he has closed his years even as long as he was disfellowshipped. He says he did this to flee the possibility of possible manipulations.

Shala, who for 11 years worked with the Jurisprudence Commission, says she has never made such improvements, as seen in the Lumez file, because such, according to him, was prohibited by law.

Another detail he says to have noticed is the fact that the signing of the District Secretary for Jurisprudence, Djordje Jaksic, is not only in chief Lumez's Judicature certificate, but also in the Lumez file as part of the commission what, according to him, has not been possible.

Shala has further clarified that the procedures forbid the candidate who has fallen into the Civil Criminal Law to enter the oral exam.

The 1977 Law on Judicatures also forbids that.

KTV has found this law in the 1997 official newspaper, and its Article 12 clearly states that the candidate who has dropped the exam can take the exam only after six months. Downloading Alexander Lumez's jurisdictional exam, it is said that the chief prosecutor has entered the reproviance on April 24th, in civil criminals.

Otherwise, the prosecution has already launched investigations. Shala herself has been questioned for about three hours by the Kosovo Police. Archive Director Ruzhdi Panja was also questioned.

Until this day, the police have also received the original of the motherbook, located in the Ministry of Justice.
