Jailing for company owner that supplied QKUK with oxidul gas

On September 7th, at the clinics of the University Clinical Centre in Kosovo, three patients in still suspicious circumstances had changed their lives. The investigative bodies have started investigating several tracks for this job.
Based on the first investigations as a cause of death, it is suspected to be oxidul gas (N20), produced without licenses in Kosovo, which the KKKUK was supplied by the company Bubeari Komerc possibly, by Kacanic.
Naser Guri, owner of Pristina Foundation Court's” company, has been assigned detention measure Friday. He confirmed this for Express, and the prosecutor, Valdet Gashi.
At the request of the prosecution, the Court has placed a month in custody for the company's owner, {Bubeari Comece”, prosecutor Gashi said on Sunday for Express.

And meanwhile, Ymer Beka chief prosecutor in Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutorship on Sunday for Express has declared that no location has yet been assigned for analysis of osccules of gas oscule (N20), seized in the storehouse of the already suspected company Bübeari”.
He says that a safe place should be found for gas tests.
“... in terms of gas tests, we still haven't found a center where to send them. We've got to find a location where it's the safest”, Beka said.
Meanwhile, in the environments of the Kosovo Institute of Legal Medicine, September 15th analysis of the obsession of three bodies of people who have changed lives in KKUK.
Legal medicine will have to compile a report that would hand over the Founding Prosecutor in Pristina over findings that were made on the bodies of three patients who passed away weeks ago at QKUK.
The report is expected to be handed over within the next week to the state prosecutor.
We believe that in the coming week Legal Medicine will have the report” ready, Chief Prosecutor Beka says.
The work of QKUK clinics where these three suspicious deaths occurred has returned to normality.
At QKUUK and all regional hospitals in Kosovo, it has been removed from the use of oxid gas produced by the company Bubeari.
The tender for supply with this type of gas has been won by the company Medica”, which has headquarters in Pristina.
