The three doctors charged with the death of Arbenita Spahiu are found innocent

The Court of Appeals has announced that it has rejected the prosecution's complaint concerning the Gjilan Foundation Court's ruling, which were accused of irresponsible medical treatment and indiscriminate medical assistance.

The first-degree court's decision is clear and concrete. The reasons for crucial facts have been reasoned, and the evidence is acted correctly when it is considered that in the actions of the accused do not stand the elements of criminal acts, for which they were charged”, the Court of Appeals announced.

27 - year - old Arbenita Spahiu died on March 3, 2016, just hours after her baby was born. In her case, she was often protested, while the prosecution in Gjilan had named this death suspicious.
