Injured a person in Prizren, police details

News for Periscope Kosovo Police spokesman for the Prizren region Shaqir Bytyqi has confirmed it.

"Today, on the 2307.26th, around five o'clock, it is reported that on"Liman Shala"street in Prizren there were gunshots fired.

Police have reacted immediately by going to the scene. From the first information it is understood that, after a plea between one suspect on the one hand and three other people on the other side, the suspect has fired a gun to the other side's vehicle. As a result of the shooting, one person has suffered bodily injuries from the fire weapon", Bytyqi said.

He has shown that the injured person has been sent for treatment to Prizren Regional Hospital and, according to doctors, is out of danger for life.

All persons involved in the incident have been identified. Except for the injured person, the others were escorted to the Prizren Police Station.

At the scene, state prosecutor, Regional Investigation Sector investigators, along with the forensics unit, have come up with the aim of collecting evidence and providing material evidence. Police, in co-ordination with the State Attorney, are taking all necessary investigative actions for the full whiteening of the circumstances and motives of this incident", Bytyqi said. /Periscope
