(an hour ago)At the Foundation Court in Ferizaj, judicial investigation has been launched against six defendants -- Haki Bela, Rilind Murati, Vatan Chaka, Edmond Lika, Eminer Kuka and Gen Gashi -- who the prosecution accuses them that in co-operation with the R.B. minors have deprived the life of Sergeant Muhammad Lika on April 1st in Kacanik.
They are accused of carrying out the heavy murder work and of helping the perpetrators. The defendants have been declared innocent of charges put on by the prosecutor.
Two witnesses have been heard in this session, and the next session is expected to be held on September 16th of this year. /Periscope/
