16 Political subjects remained below 1 per cent vote threshold in June 7th elections

In the June 7th elections, 2026, a total of 16 political subjects who competed failed to secure even 1 per cent of the country's ranking votes.
Most of these political subjects belong to communities.
The highest result among them was Turkish Democratic Party Kosova Turk Partis KDTP, which received 5,709 votes, or 0.70 per cent of the total.
On the other hand, the weakest performance in this election was held by independent candidate Esmir Cassi. According to results CEC certified on Wednesday, it secured 0.03 per cent of the vote, respectively.
The second towards the end was KNRP, with 0.04 per cent of the vote, which means it received the support of only 355 Kosovo citizens.
In the October 7th elections, 21 political subjects competed. The threshold for entry into the Assembly was 5 per cent of the total vote, while only five political subjects, the Serbian List, the Alliance, the LDK, exceeded this level. PDK and Vetevendosje Movement.
However, part of parliament will also be 11 deputies from subjects who did not pass the threshold and who remained below 1 per cent of the general vote. They provide seats in the Assembly thanks to “garanial constitutional framework that the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo recognises communities. According to it, 10 seats in parliament belong to “Although” representatives of the Serb community, while another 10 representatives of other ethnic communities in the country.
