Prattipati again calls on Kosovo to engage in the gas project: Secure Future American Investments

Charged with the work of the US Embassy in Kosovo, Annu Prattipati, has again urged Kosovo to engage in the US gas project, saying it provides for future American investments.
Prattipati made this call until she attended the US Partnership Prize-sharing ceremony, where members of the American Economic Chamber in Kosovo were praised for their contribution to strengthening trade between the United States and Kosovo.
“In its address, she welcomed Kosovo's decision to remove customs duties on American goods and called for Kosovo to diversify its power supply through liquid natural gas (LNG) from the US, with the goal of securing future American investments”, the embassy wrote in the announcement.
Prattipati in June of this year came up with an op-ed where it clarified the American demand for Kosovo that it should join American natural gas projects planned across the Balkans.
She said Kosovo is at the forefront of an important strategic election.
President Trump's primary priority administration has to reduce Europe's dependence on Russian energy. We encourage Kosovo to enter into long-term energy partnership with America through the LNG to ensure its energy future. Together, we can strengthen energy security and increase our economies side by side”.
