Yevtik sentenced to 6 years in prison of 2,000 euros fine for spying

The Constitutional Court in Pristina, following the approval of the plea agreement, has sentenced Kosovo Police Lieutenant Bojan Jevtic to 6 years in prison and 2 thousand euros in fine fines, over the charge of spying and illegal weapons.
According to the trial pronounced by Judge Dealing Shyti, Jevtic for criminal work “Spying” was sentenced to 6 years in prison, while for illegal possession of 2 thousand euros in fines. To him, the sentence was pronounced unique in length of 6 years and a fine of 2 thousand euros, reports “Justice Vow“.
The same is continued with the detention measure. Meanwhile, the destruction of the weapon was ordered and all seized items were confiscated in accordance with the laws in force.
Yevtiqi was also pronounced a complete sentence - a ban on public office in public administration during the duration of five years following the prison sentence.
The announcer was special prosecutor Bekim Kodraliu and Jevtic's defender, lawyer Milos Nikolic.
To that decision, the parties have the right to a vote in the 30-day term. /Periscope/
