(a month ago)Sokol Hoxha was arrested in Ohio, United States, who was sentenced to life in prison for killing two brothers in March 1997 in Patos, and five months later, she killed in Belgium, an Albanian citizen who had exploited her for prostitution.
The 51-year-old in 2000 had been sentenced by the Court of Fier, to 25 years in prison, since in co-operation with citizen D. S., killed with firearms, citizens H. B. and I. B. for poor motives.
Also, in 2010, he was sentenced by the Court of Brussels, Belgium, to life in prison for the criminal act “deliberately killing” after killing Albanian nationals with firearms in Brussels.
The operation was finalised as a result of co-operation between the US Embassy's Diplomatic Security Service in Tirana, the Department of Criminal Police, Interpol Tirana, Interpol Washington, Interpol Manchester and Interpol Brussels.
State police are working closely with US law enforcement agencies to return this fugitive to face justice in Albania.
