Slovenians again receive the tender for printing election ballots, that's the value

The Central Election Commission has awarded the contract for printing ballots, brochures of candidates and voter lists for early elections for the Kosovo Assembly 2026.
According to official announcement, the contract has been given to the company “Cetis d.d” from Slovenia, specialising in printing election and security materials
The initial value of the contract amounted to 418 thousand and 12 euros, however, after the CEC's request the economic operator has offered discounts in the financial bid, lowering the final price to 342 thousand euros.
The tender had to do with printing of ballot papers, candidate brochures and voter lists for the 2026 election process, while the procedure was conducted through negotiations without publishing the contract announcement.
The race for this tender has only been an economic operator, who has also been declared a winner. The contract was awarded on May 14th 2026, while its signing is expected to take place today, May 18th.
