Rashich's statements on violation of vote in Gracanica, the prosecution activated five Serbs

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has announced that five Serbs -- citizens of Kosovo -- have been detained, as the same are suspected of carrying out the criminal act, the Koenim of setting free voters.
In the report, the prosecution adds that enough statements and evidence have been provided, on the grounds of which the detained persons are suspected to be involved in illegal acts that connect with the above work.
” Foundation Procurory in Pristina, in co-operation with the Directorate for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption of the Kosovo Police, announces the public opinion that acting on official duty and following media reports concerning Mr. Nenad Raspi for the threat of voters in the municipality of Gracanica, necessary investigative actions” are being taken immediately, said among other things in the report.

Pristina, 19 May 2026-The Constitutional Prosecutorship in Pristina, in co-operation with the Directorate for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption of the Kosovo Police, announces the public opinion that acting on official duty and following media reports concerning the ministry's statements. Nenad Rassic for the threat of voters in the municipality of Gracanica, necessary investigative actions have been taken immediately.
Under the State Prosecutor's decision, five (5) persons -- citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, of the Serbian Nationality -- have been detained after the same are suspected of carrying out the criminal act, the signing of free voter definition, by Article 210 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code.
In this regard, enough statements and evidence have been provided, on the grounds of which there is suspicion that prohibited persons are involved in illegal actions that connect with the above work.
