He says that using such expressions as “has been intended to make a communications match”; “To interrupt circulation violently”; and “has after trying for danger”, directly ascribe Sami Lushtak to acts of dangerous and criminal nature, creating harmful, prejudiced and degrading perceptions to him in public opinion, “which has been attributed to z.
