Kamberi urges clarification from Serbia for blocking funds for Presevo Valley

He has said that blocking these means jeopardises the functioning of the National Council.

“The long-term blockade of transfers seriously risks realising national minority rights for self-government in the fields of culture, education, information and official use of language and writing.
