inflation does not stop: Prices in Kosovo rose 3.9% over last year

Kosovo Statistics Agency (ASK) has published the country's inflation data during 2025.
According to the AKS, prices in Kosovo this year have averaged 3.9 per cent higher compared to 2024.
The largest price increase is in alcohol and tobacco at 7.6 percent, as well as in information and communication with 6.8 percent.
Likewise, there were expensive clothing, furniture, and household equipment, electricity, food, and nonalcohol drinks, transportation, health, and education.
Meanwhile, the AKS announced that the price decrease has been noted in restaurants and accommodation services by 1.4 percent, as well as in recreation, sports and culture by 1.1 percent.
