The testing report holds the number of series 0233/2026 and was issued by the Food and Veterinary Agency laboratory, accredited according to appropriate standards. According to the document, the sample was taken on January 2026 under the National Monitoring Plan, while the sample admission to the laboratory was made on the same date. The product that has been tested is frozen chicken in the nearly 1,000-pound package.

The laboratory analysis was completed on January 26th, 2026, and results show that samples have resulted in irregularity. The report says that parameters for Salmonella typhimurium and Salmonella enteritisdis were tested, according to standard PSO 7 methods. 2-M-10, ISO 6579-1:2017 and ISO 6579-3:2014.

The results indicate that salmonella was not counted in 25 grams of sample in the standard form of laboratory reporting, but in the laboratory observation section, it noted that “results have been obtained that indicate the authenticity of Salmonella Minnesota with antigenic formula 21:b:e, x”. This is what has made the sample classified as irregular and the product considered positive in microbiological analysis.
