Albanian convicted of murder returns to England after extradition to Albania

English media according to “Daily Mail” continue to pay attention to Albanians with criminal precedents, and the next one is taught to be African Sinan.
Sentenced to 20 years in Albania, Sinani has returned to the United Kingdom despite having been expelled from the country more than a decade ago, the Daily Mail writes in a published article.
An Albanian killer has returned to the United Kingdom despite having been expelled from the country more than a decade ago. Africa Sinan, 54, has been seen walking on a busy highway last week and found at a peripheral address. His new neighbors may not know his past.
Sinan shot a man for revenge and was sentenced to 20 years in prison in 1996. Then he and his wife entered the United Kingdom illegally in a truck in 2000.
He lived in Ilford, Essex, with his wife and three children before being tracked and extradited to Albania in 2010. Now he has returned to the United Kingdom, living with his family in a municipal council-owned house in northeast London, where properties have been sold for more than 400,000 pounds.
Sinan is determined to keep a low profile, often leaving home in the early hours of the morning. His extradition came after a several-year international search. Using the false name Africa Pulaj, Sinan had been given asylum and a British passport after lying he was refugee from Kosovo.
He, his wife and three children received 120,000 pounds by 2010. Sinan's family was allowed to stay in the United Kingdom after he was deported.
It is unknown how or when he returned to the United Kingdom, but Mail learns he was released from an Albanian prison in 2017.
In 2021 a construction firm was registered in the name of his wife and son at their current address in London.
When the Mail newspaper went to his apartment, Sinan's wife said that he was not inside and refused to answer the questions.
Shadow Interior Secretary Chris Philip said: “This disgusting criminal must be immediately deported...”
The Interior Ministry said it was committed to removing violators of foreign states as soon as possible.
