The court ruling says where the verdict has been made after the absolute prescription of prosecution has been reached, it broadcasts Periscope.
The news has revealed Burim Halili, Haxhi's lawyer, who said the Speaker of the Parliament has already no longer carried a criminal burden on charges that have been brought against her.
Former Presidents Paul Lekaj, Donika Kadaj-Bujupi and Besa Battiu have also been charged with.
