KKPK announces it took Zejrullah Gashi's nomination for chief state prosecutor to the presidency

The KKP said it took the current “documentary” to the President's task adviser Albulen Haxhiu after the meeting held today.

“Nomination has been forwarded to Her Honor, Republika Kosovo Republic President's Duty Agent, Mrs. Albulen Haxhiu, along with full documentation that has accompanied the entire selection process from the opening of the procedure to the final decision-making of the KKP”, is said in the statement.

With the delivery of relevant nominations and documentation, the procedure is passed to the phase of treatment by the Presidency, while further steps will be carried out in line with the competencies and deadlines set by legislation to power”, the KKP report said.
