(an hour ago)The founding prosecutor in Prizren .F., A.F., and D.G., has filed charges against six people: S.K., A.K., F., L.A., A.F., and D.G., due to well-based suspicion of having committed criminal work “Blerja, possession, distribution and unauthorized distribution of narcotics, psychotropa and analogos <1> by the KPR, while the A.K. Even for criminal work was kept in possession of <2>, non-authorized narcotics, or 366D.
According to the indictment, the defendant S.K., on January 29, 2026, in Suhareka, without authorization and with the aim of selling and distributing, has possessed the narcotics substance of marijuana. During the search, 30 bags of marijuana and the remains of this substance have been seized, which according to forensic expertise resulted in containing cannabis (THC), with net weight of about 26.60 grams. With these actions, the same has committed criminal work “Blerja, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope and analogo” according to the KPRK.
The defendant A.K., from September 2025 to January 29, 2026, in Suhareka, without authorization has distributed and offered cocaine-like narcotics to sell. During the raids, about 465 grams of marijuana and about 3.3 grams of cocaine have been seized, as well as a suspected narcotic liquid substance, digital scales, rowing and money in many of the 2,200 euros. According to the Kosovo Agency for Forenzice expertise, the seized samples resulted in containing cannabis and cocaine. With these actions, the same has committed criminal work “Bler, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope and analogue” of the KPRK.
Also, the same in his club in Suhareka has without authorization kept a M57-type pistol, a clip and four rounds of .62 mm calibre, contrary to the Weapons Law. With these actions, the same has committed criminal work “withholding ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” KPRK's.
The defendant F.F., from September 2025 to January 29th, 2026, in Suhareka, without authorization has distributed and offered cocaine-like narcotics. During the check, a digital scale and two vehicles were seized, which, according to the indictment, were used to carry out criminal acts. With these actions, the same has committed criminal work “Bler, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope and analogue” of the KPRK.
Meanwhile, the defendants L.A., A.F., and D.G., acting in co-ordination, ongoing, from September to November 2025, have distributed and offered for sale cocaine-type narcotics at various locations in Suhareka and beyond. According to the indictment, an increase of over 300 grams has been provided in one case. The cocaine, which was then dumped during the vehicle leaving the scene and seized. With these actions, the same in co-ordination have committed criminal work “Blerja, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope and analogue” of the KPRK.
In the case, the prosecutor of the case has proposed the seizure of about 740 grams of narcotics substances, including over 400 grams of marijuana and over 330 grams of cocaine, seized by defendants. The seizure of a M57 gun, a clip and four rounds has also been requested, as well as three vehicles used to commit criminal acts. Similarly, the seizure of 2,200 euros and 500 Swiss francs has been proposed as rich benefits benefited from criminal acts.
The prosecutor of the case in the case of setting up the indictment has proposed to the court that, after maintaining judicial review, management and evaluation of evidence, the highly charged defendants, for the criminal acts they are charged with, be convicted and condemned by the law.
