Through a public reaction, the KLA's OVL has said statements that throughout the process are fully respected the rights of the accused, and the Kosovo Constitution does not comply with the perception of citizens.

According to this organisation, in recent years many doubts have been raised about violations of basic human rights and the way the country's Constitution is respected.

The KLA's OVL has asked another question to the tribunal: whether the judicial process is towards completion, why the former accused fighters are not allowed to wait for the final verdict in their homes, near families.

Full Posting:

Do not try to look towards our people with such statements, as if in this process the rights of the accused and the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo have been fully respected.
The people of Kosovo have understood very clearly, throughout these years, how many times fundamental human rights were violated and how seriously the Constitution of our country was respected.
For this very reason, we present a simple and perfectly legitimate question: If, as you are stating, the entire judicial process is toward completion, why are our fellow fighters not allowed to wait for the final verdict in their homes, with their families and their people?
How can you reason on keeping them in endless custody when the court itself says the trial is in the closing phase?
This is a question that requires clear answers, not formal statements of respect for rights.
We want nothing more than true justice and equal standards, just as they apply in any other democratic judicial system.
