Through a public reaction, the KLA's OVL has said statements that throughout the process are fully respected the rights of the accused, and the Kosovo Constitution does not comply with the perception of citizens.
According to this organisation, in recent years many doubts have been raised about violations of basic human rights and the way the country's Constitution is respected.
The KLA's OVL has asked another question to the tribunal: whether the judicial process is towards completion, why the former accused fighters are not allowed to wait for the final verdict in their homes, near families.
