The specialist writes that if an accused is satisfied with any decision, he could head the Constitutional Court of Specialised Chambers.
“If an accused believes that a decision is not in accordance with the law or violates its rights, he can appeal the verdict to a separate panel of judges and, as a last resort, to the Specialised Chamber of Constitutional Court”, the statement said.
“In their decision-making, judges attend the European Convention on Human Rights and decisions previously made by the European Court of Human Rights. Only the Specialised Chamber of Constitutional Court has implemented at least 160 cases previously imposed by the European Court for Human Rights to ensure that its decisions are in line with international human rights standards”, the Special points out.
