(an hour ago)The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova has filed charges against the E.K., suspected of unauthorized possession and trading of narcotics.
According to the indictment, police initially found 945 euros and $2000, while during the raid on his house, 9,990 euros were seized, 10 Swiss francs, 187.41 grams of marijuana, 4.56 grams of cocaine and vehicles allegedly used for the preparation and distribution of drugs.
“Foundation Procurory in Gjakova, the Randa Crime Department, has filed charges against defendants with E.K. initials. According to the indictment, among other things, the defendant with the initials E.K., on September 12th, 20:15 on the “Gasper Karaqi” in Gjakova, with the purpose of selling or distributing without authorization owns, substances or parameters that have been legally declared narcotics, psychotropic or analogic substances, in the way that while the defendant was moving along the upper road with the engine of the type Honda, after his ban from his Kosovo Police in his bag, nine were found with plastic bags of 12.2mweight, and the amount of money, said the 2,000x and the euro.

The Kosovo Agency for Forenzic (AKF) report has found that the seized narcotics substances contained 187.41 grams of marijuana as well as 4.56 grams of cocaine. With these actions, according to the indictment, the defendant is accused of committing criminal work “Blerja, possession, distribution and unauthorized sale of narcotics, psychotrope and analogue” by Article 267 par.1 of KPR.
