“The expectations were not to take courses across the”: This is Coca, the prosecutor who resigned.

Prosecutor Jeton Koca spoke after resigning from the state prosecutor's position. He mentioned some problems that he claims he and his colleagues have encountered during the duty exercise, such as taking classes in corridors or cases when prosecutors go to the duty-free courtroom, and there they are given interest in the presence of the parties. [...]

The retired prosecutor said his expectations as prosecutor have not been to take courses through the corridors to represent.

I'm the new prosecutor, but I have 17 years of working experience in public administration institutions, I've had professional positions and many managerial positions, and my expectations have not been for me to take courses through the corridors and go represent the first courts.

The prosecutor said that there should be no practice of taking classes in corridors, nor should representation of colleagues' subjects be made.

He added that there are no remarks to the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, as it is not just the problem of this prosecutor. He said the Prosecutorial Council should support the Prosecutors in their demands.

The second “I have no absolute observation in Pristina's Constitutional Pristina prosecution because, after all, it's not the problem with a prosecutor to solve a certain problem like this, but I think the high management- in this case the Prosecutorial Council should focus on supporting prosecutors in their demands and this problem of the burden of subjects should be solved. What it means is that this is not right for a prosecutor to take courses through corridors and represent colleagues' subjects, it may be an exception but not a rule”, Koca told “Justice Voct”

Koca said the system should work towards returning trust to citizens.

I want to say in a way that I think that the system should work longer in this direction, to commit, I want to avoid these things, to create, to convert the trust of the citizens”, Koca said.

The practice of giving classes in the corridor, according to Koca, is frequent. In the case, he was asked in case the chief prosecutor had announced.

I don't have information on more in this direction, but I'm talking about it as a frequent practice and more of us talking about the future”, he said.

According to him, there are cases when the prosecutor goes to court without grounds and gets the content in front of the parties. And for failing to address this problem, he said they were new prosecutors.

“Ki case when the prosecutor goes to court with no substance present and gets the subject”, Koca said.

Regarding this Koca statement, the “Justice Vowtim” has contacted Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Chief Prosecutor, Zejrullah Gashi, who said he has never heard the materials delivered through the corridors.

“Not in the hallways, but when he's busy with a whole morning session, his partner calls him and tells him to replace me because it's taking longer than anticipated and gives him the stuff. And this corridor, for the first time I'm hearing it”, Gashi said.

Gashi added that for the corridor, I don't know, but that replacement happens in the office.

This is in the hallways that I think is banal, because in the office you give him the subject and then you go and represent”, Gashi said.

The chief prosecutor said that at the initial hearings, the subject could happen to be taken from the court.

The initial review may occur, only in the initial review”, Gashi said, adding that the Council has addressed the issue of the prosecutor's absence.

Different, At the 289th meeting of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPK) on Monday, has been approved by the prosecutor's position for Living the Coca-Prosecutor in Pristina. Koca has said the resignation is offered for personal reasons.
