According to the CRU, judicial relations between contracting parties are regulated, respectively, by mutual rights and obligations.

“Contrata contains: parties' rights and obligations for offered services; consumer rights and obligations; way of billing for offered services; procedures for complaints, demands and concerns of consumers; as well as other provisions based on legislation based on power” are said in the CRU announcement.

In this case, KRU “Pristina” has appealed to citizens not to hesitate to sign the service contract.

Its non-signing could result in obstacles to the realisation of mutual rights and obligations, according to the CRU.

The company will give legal deadlines until signing the contract, otherwise consumers will be cut off from the water pipeline services. /Periscope
