The Board Commission approves the budgetary projection for RTK, from “freeka” for distribution of the Assembly

During the meeting, it was also discussed that the Board of Moses was also discussed. RTK has not approved the RTK spending report, because it does not have the necessary quorum, and that according to management “at the moment it is dysfunctional”.

By December 2024, the board of RTK is dysfunctional because of the end of the mandate of some of the members, the resignation of some of them, and the inability to be elected in the Kosovo Assembly due to political developments.

Since then, the board of RTK's lack of quorum has not held meetings. According to Article 4 of the Law for RTK's quorum of the RTK board meeting is done with six members present.

If they are fewer members, the Law clearly stipulates that the meeting cannot be held.

The RTK Law does not provide situations when the board remains dysfunctional. Under these discussions, the procedure for RTK's budget, for January-June 2026, was voted into the Commission for Buxhet by 7 votes for, none against and two abstentions. The amount is over 4 million and 400 thousand euros.
