The victim of this case is Rasim Binakaj, while another person has been injured, according to doctors, is out of danger for life.
At the scene, police teams have found and seized five shellings of the firearm as well as a sharp tool.
On the other hand, at the prosecutor's order, the case has been initiated as “grave murder”.
While the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova has published official communiques regarding today's murder, saying that after receiving information, all relevant police units and chief prosecutor have emerged at the scene.
At the State Prosecutor's decision, the victim's lifeless body has been sent to the Institute of Legal Medicine (IML) in Pristina.
The State Prosecutor has reportedly initiated cases due to criminal activity “grave murder”.
The prosecution has also announced that the suspect has been identified and is still at large.
“In close co-operation with the Kosovo Police, all necessary actions are being taken in order to locate and arrest the suspect person, who has already been identified and is currently searching for”, the report said.
The prosecution announced they are collecting evidence and all necessary actions in this case are being taken.
