Voters, chief prosecutor meets prosecutors

During this meeting, it has been discussed in connection with the treatment of state prosecutors for cases linking with early elections for the Kosovo Republic Assembly, held on 28 December 2025.
In that case it was. Chief State Prosecutor Agron Qalaj has praised the commitment of all prosecutors, stressing that during the election process, prosecutors have acted with vigilance and professionalism, in line with legal competencies, in order to ensure the integrity of the election process and protection of the will of citizens expressed by the vote.
While National Election Co-ordinator Laura Pula has informed participants of the co-ordination between prosecutors and national co-ordinator regarding activities undertaken by all the key prosecutors in cases where it has been recorded or suspected of violating the election process, namely, in cases where it has been counterfeited by the vote.
Even the chief prosecutors of all key prosecutors informed of concrete actions taken in the ongoing investigations regarding these cases, namely the collection of information and the provision of relevant evidence, regarding allegations of vote manipulation for the Republic of Kosovo's parliamentary candidates.
At the end of the meeting, U.D. Chief prosecutor Qalaj has demanded from all chief prosecutors the unification of investigative actions and practices by all prosecutors in dealing with cases related to this electoral process, namely, in cases of fraud when it is counterfeited voting, with the aim of treating all cases more effectively at the country level.
