As Time learns, the Institute of Forenzic Psychiatry has concluded that Bedri Shaban can face judgment.
One such conclusion was given by Gnjilan prison doctorvink Rexhepi, who is also a psychiatrist.
The hearings in this case have been postponed twice.
The first time on September 22nd, Bedri Saban's lawyer, Besnik Berisha, had another emergency session.
And the second time on November 13th, the accused Shaban asked the Constitutional Court in Pristina to postpone the session, since, as he said, it is in serious therapy and I don't even know where it is.
