That's what attorney Arian Koci has made known through a Facebook post.
He has made it known that Haziri's situation is good, while adding that the release of the same confirms that the arrest has been unfounded and raised on unsupported claims.
Aryan Koci's post:
Haziri Haziri has just been released from authorities in Serbia, following his detention of 08.09.2025, when he was arrested at the border checkpoint in Merdara.
His release confirms that the arrest has been unequipped and raised on unsupported claims.
The case underscores the need for Kosovo citizens to have immediate judicial support whenever they face unfair bans abroad.
As a lawyer, I will continue to commit that no citizen of the Republic of Kosovo remains vulnerable in Serbia's prisons, despite circumstances or groundless accusations.
This is professional and human responsibility.
Mr. Haziri is good.
