Koci: Our citizenship was affected when we allowed energy to depend on Serbia

Lawyer Arianan Koci says energy dependence is political dependence.

He writes that the country's citizenship and sovereignty were affected when we were allowed to become energy dependent on Serbia.

Koci writes:

Kosovo's integrity and sovereignty have been violated at the moment it was allowed to become energy dependent on Serbia, through complicated agreements with third parties that eventually come out connected to Serbia in one way or another.

Energy dependence is political dependence. A state that controls the current doesn't even control the security.

These days I am preparing scriptures about electricity - what we have on the ground and what needs to be done to get out of this situation.

Otherwise, long - term sabotages, from internal and external factors, including the gullibility of some politicians, have brought us into this situation.

We have strategic wealth, coal, and we don't use it.

With wise policies, a small Kosovo in the territory, but with large amounts of coal (we are the second in Europe, the fifth in the world) becomes economic leaders in the region.
