Extraded by Switzerland in Albania, Jozi Kraja, suspected of being a member of a criminal group

An Albanian citizen, indicted by the SPAK as a member of a structured criminal group, has been extradited from Switzerland to Albania.
Official sources suggest that, as a result of co-operation and co-ordination of operational action between Interpol Tirana and Interpol Bern, the extradition procedure of citizens Jozi Kraja, 37, born in Shkodra, writes A2 CNN.
According to the decision of May 15th 2024, the Special Court has assigned this citizen the security measure “prison arrest” for criminal acts:
· “Providing conditions and material means to commit murder”
N/ “structured criminal group”
N/ “Heading criminal acts by criminal organisations or structured criminal group”
From investigations conducted by the Special Prosecutor against Corruption and Organised Crime, J. K., during December 2020, May 2024, has provided conditions and materials for the murder of two brothers, D. B. and V. B. /Periscopi/
