Special Prosecutor Action at VVC's House Hasan Krasniqi

Police investigators from the Economic Crimes Directorate have conducted a warrant under investigation that, in co-ordination with the Special Prosecutor, are being taken into account for all allegations that are subject to criminal investigation.

Material evidence (signs) will serve as relevant evidence for the case during the police operation.

Investigations are under way due to suspicions of criminal acts: Misuse of official position or authority; Falsification of official document; Avoid paying mandatory customs or excise fees; Conflict of Interest and Misuse and Deception in Public Prosecution.

The special prosecutor in co-operation with the Kosovo Police is taking all necessary investigative actions, in line with the Criminal Procedure Code. /Periscope/
