Irresponsive President from the indictment to find out a valid question, to get the petition from the Constitution!

Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani is neither guaranteeing the constitutional suspension of institutions nor the unity of the people. She stood up against the principle of self-restraint.

She was unable to form a valid-normative question for the Constitutional Court, the mass received information that her request, would not be considered, but would be declared without a legal object, out of anger decided to pull it out, to get a certificate of patriotism that gives the Vetevendosje Movement!!

At court's 37th rule of law, it is decidently said that the reporting judge cannot be a member of the research college for the same request. So if President Vjosa Osmani's argument for his daughter was that a judge, like Radomir Laban, had to decide, then our appointment to judge the report was definitely in her favour! Because obviously, he was the reporting judge in her case. So he had a right to be in college review.

But, even though she's a lawyer, she hasn't read the Constitutional Court Regiment at all because her act turns out to be desperate: Simmas Article 23 of the Court's Regiment, if the request is valid, it is considered regardless of whether the side is sneezed.

As far as Judge R. The lab security sector collects classified information, and the institution that has received that information would have to launch at the investigative bodies (police and prosecution) criminal damage to national security! Vjosa Osmani in MP's quality, in 2018, has claims that he personally has voted for Radomir Laban, (was voting by 71 deputies) to judge the Constitutional Gykat!

Let him record the opposite!

Unfortunately, in Kosovo, political survival is linked to nationalist motives, even the 26-year liberation, and not with the motives of constitutional patriotism?
