Various responses to subx0> testing” Globalizing the Western Balkans: Transnational Crime, Radical Islam and Unholy Alliances”, authors Dimal Basha and Jana Arsovska made me give my stand on this issue.
To expose to Albanian readers the resources that support these two “rs”, I will stop in the case of the “Xavier Raufer” (Gzavie Raufer), which refers to two aforementioned winers.
Blinded by the ideological view of anti-Americanism, 12 years after the genocide crime in Recak, where on January 15th 1999, Albanian civilians were massacred, French geographer Christian de Bongain, who in his writings is behind the name Xavier Raufer and the profession of <x0contologist”, writes that we are dealing with the world “the most incredible dezinformation in the history of the new<3> In “Balkan, slaughter and fraud”, he declares: The “in January 1999, 40 human remains, killed by lead, placed on one another, were discovered in the village of Recak in Kosovo. Immediate storm! Recak's Massacre set fire to world media. Unless no one knows whether they were civilian victims or guerrillas of the KLA killed during fighting everywhere Kosovo and gathered for show needs. Nobody knows (the law of silence imposes this...) whether the victims are from Recak or the region...”1
Xavier Raufer doesn't stop! It's pompous that <x0falsification of this plan was so great that even the name used for patkoin) was the word "potkova," which is not the Serbian word, but... Later, NATO shamefully stated that it was unable to tell the origin of the history of patkoit”.
This author, claiming that “knows” and even Serbian and Croatian focal differences of the word “patqua”, writes that this plan is “announced with pomp by German Foreign Affairs Minister Yoschka Fischer () two weeks before the launch of air raids against Serbia (!), in April ().
All those who have researched this event for a little bit know that NATO air strikes against Serbian reception devices began on March 24, 1999, a week before April! Any serious researcher would have tried, at least to set “to” the event in the historical context. But for Xavier Raufer that doesn't matter. What is worth, for it, is limited to the declaration that “falsification of this plan was in the function of war reasoning, in the function of creating the prototype of Mafia state”2
In cooperation with criminologist Stéphane Quéré, this geographer who hides his identity behind the name Xavier Raufer published the work entitled Albanian “Mafia, a risk to Europe”3 .
Aware of the scandalous content of this book, in its preface, authors try to convince readers that “There is nothing racist and anti-Albanian” in their work and that The “talked about the Albanian mafia doesn't mean that it becomes Milošević's game”.
When reading such statements, it is rightly asked what causes these authors to fear being perceived as anti - Albanian racist. But the reasons for this fear are clarified in- keeping their book! Not only repeat what is written against Albanians and against The KLA in Serbia's <x0-library white”, but, the stain that makes Albanians the Serbian Secret Service, Xavier Raufer and Stéphane Quéré, raised it to an even higher degree.
Thus, in order to meet the necessary criteria for naming the criminality of Albanian groups as “mafie” in the complete sense of the word, the Serbian Secret Service insists that Albanian “society is a tribal society and the form of organisation of criminal groups is based on the principles of a steel discipline. ”4
To reinforce this position of Serbian propaganda, aforementioned authors claim that “in Albania, especially in the mountainous north of the country that was isolated throughout the 20th century, can be said to survive, almost chemically clean, a traditional clan society that respects the old centuries-old tradition of honor and revenge. Compared to most other mafias, these rules and laws are understated or transmitted orally to Albania, this honorary code, or «Canun», is written in the brochure and sold even on newspaper sterns. ” 5
Most prominent authors for <x0-Americanism” and “against NATO”, which was widely quoted in my book “The Great Deception”, promotes products made by the Serbian Secret Service, hiding the source from them. But go up to that degree, like Xavier Raufer and Stéphane Quéré do, to the point that in northern Albania has survived nearly chemically pure a clan society, It's nothing but the <x0.8x1> that smells like it. It stinks of racism!
Although numerous research proves that the relative structure (or clans, as one likes to call it) has evolved to Albanians as well as other societies in the Balkans, the authors, who need “argument” to stigmatize KLA as “Mafia organization” and denouncing NATO as a supporter of the Albanian “Mafie”, insist on the tribal functioning of Albanian society!
Francophonic readers, interested in knowing more about the social structures and political requirements of Albanians, especially about the period of the creation of national states in the Balkans, have been able to read the work of Natalie Clayer (Nalia Clearer), “In the Origins of Albanian Nationalism” and be objectively announced about developments in this part of the Balkans. This author points out that before the 20th century, “in the entire society of the western corner of the Balkan Peninsula, belonging to a family or a tribe was a very powerful identifying sign (...) But Kosovo, since the XIX century, was not a clan area and it is a misuse to be described as such. ”6
Despite the numerous research that reveals that the regional functioning of Albanian society has been completed since the 18th century, authors of the particular ideological outlook manipulate with this “products” that the Serbian Secret Service had released to market as if it were the reality of Albanian society.
In addition to the discovery of existence “Albanian clan society, chemically pure”, Xavier Raufer and Stéphane Quéré, explained from various world newspapers fragments of articles confirming claims by the Serbian Secret Service The Kosovo Liberation Army is a narco-guerilla funded by the Balkan route, dealing with drug trafficking, illegal immigration, arms trade, stolen cars, cigarette and alcohol trading, oil smuggling, high-scale robbery, kidnappings and ransom searches, ordered murder, with counterfeit documents, with criminal money laundering. ”7
Even in the mosaic of criminal acts that are attributed to the KLA, Xavier Raufer and Stéphane Quéré distinguish from all the gods of the notion “These authors, who claim it does not characterize anti-Albanian “racism”, insult Albanians, like nobody else before.
In their propaganda pamphlet, they come to the conclusion that “Trafficking with human beings is the criminal specialty of Albanians (. ). In Albanian camps, police officers are involved
in kidnapping young girls or buying them from their parents to send to prostitution training centers. After proper training, these young women are sold to someone else and go to work in London, Hamburg, Paris ”8
I have to do a little disgruntled and explain the reader when they're talking about Albania's “camps”, These authors are referring to centres where 443,300 Albanians expelled from Kosovo were sheltered. Europe's poorest country was burdened with carrying much of the consequences of the Albanian deportation policy and Serbian genocide in Kosovo. Albanian police are credited <x0lajming on kidnapping young girls” or “purchase from their parents to send to prostitution training centers” It is the greatest disdain that can become the Albanian state.
This insulting attitude towards Albanians explains the fears the authors express in their book's foreword that they could be considered anti-Albanian <x0racists”. Any reader can judge his own report of antiAlbanian racism and the attitudes of these authors. As far as I'm concerned, what I can say without hesitation is about the lowest slander anyone could have done. Albanian family: Xavier Raufer and Stéphane Quéré attribute the implications to Albanian parents in selling their children into prostitution!
Be dressed by Albanian parents, victims of Serbian genocide policy in Kosovo, selling their children to be sent to “prostitution training centers” to prepare for “worked as prostitutes in London, Hamburg, Paris...” It's more than racism! In my opinion, here It's about spirit prostitution in the service of the Albanian stigmatisation strategy.
Xavier Raufer is not pleased with that! He in the interview given the newspaper “Le nouvel Observatory”, dated February 16, 2000, also tries to explain “The reasons for taking Albanians with prostitution”!
“How can a franc be won by zero francs?” asks Xavier Raufer and gives answers that “has no way but to trade with women! Just grab his cousin. Today, 10 girls working in Marécheaux, Paris, are bringing their five million francs in a few months. This money they can invest in heroin or ecstasy. ”9
In Albanian language, the meaning of the surname “Bangain”, which Xavier Raufer hides, is “BIGHT BOOK THE BOOK. If Xavier Raufer had expressed his fear of being “ offers money and manages to buy women from their own family <x0) i n <x0)To draw out Good profits, would have compassion and considered it a victim of Serbian propaganda! If Xavier Raufer had expressed his fear of being “ I convince him to And hire his cousins at Paris' Marécheaux, in order to get you “split Benefits Of the millions of francs”, I would have told him not to fear “ does not exist, that “ It is a notion invented by the Serbian Secret Service to tarnish Albanians.
No! Xavier Raufer is fully engaged in the refrain of the notions of “White Book” of Serbia's Secret Service to present Albanians as <x0terrorist”, such as “kriminal”, as “trafixant”, as “mafoiosis”...
It's the same Xavier Raufer that killed civilians in “Recak Taber” Said they could be. NLA “guerillas killed during fighting across Kosovo, collected and placed on top of each other, for the needs of the show...”
The Albanian do show with dead bodies, sell their children, do business with their children, snatch their cousins, only to earn 1 franc from zero francs”! And after all this, Xavier Raufer and Stéphene Quéré claim that “has nothing racist and anti-Albanian” in their writings! Depends on what these authors understand with racism!
While, in terms of the fear of these authors of whether to consider that the “are playing Milošević, it is bringing only one example: their attitude identical to the attitude of the Belgrade regime propaganda regarding the expulsion of Albanians from Kosovo.
When it comes to Kosovo's ethnic cleansing, the reader was able to be widely informed in the fifth and sixth chapter of my book. Serbian propaganda allegedly ousting Kosovo Albanians “was not a political project of Serbian power, but a plan forged by other secret services, to address Serbian leaders as allegedly committing alleged crimes”, Xavier Raufer and Stéphane Quéré add another aspect: aspect of the Albanian “mafies strategy” to be extended to planetary proportions!
According to these authors, in the function of this strategy, The Albanian subx0-mafia carefully selected refugees who traveled to Western states and, as by chance, most so - called refugees chose to remain in host countries... The size of the mass displacement of Albanians and their deployment of the Albanian mafia, where certain Albanian families, inhabitants of a designated village or members of a special clan were placed in specific cities of Italy, Switzerland, France, Spain, Austria, Germany, Belgium, the states of Scandinavian, Great Britain, Czechia, Poland, Hungary... were made to come under full criminal control at the planetary level! ”10
Wordual repetition of the Milosevic regime's interpretation of what had happened in Kosovo, insulting Albanians in the lowest way, and sulking Albanians with notions fabricated by this regime, for these authors “kitically clean”, “does not mean that it becomes Milosevich”'s game.
The maximum engagement of Xavier Raufer and Stéphane Quéré in the cervience of the Albanian notion “Mafia” revolts when other authors fail to advertise this product of the Serbian Secret Service! The authors revolt why the <x2-Westerns hide the truth”! According to them, neither NATO nor the UN nor the EU report, in each of their reports, to the Albanian “mafine”. Xavier Raufer and Stéphene Quéré shout that “s is possible that in the European Union's twenty-two-page report, the Albanian mafia was never mentioned. ”11
The “Revolta” of these authors is not limited to Europeans. They revolted particularly against US officials, who “had helped The KLA since 1998, especially by appearing as OSCE humanitarian workers, the organisation that was led at the time by William Walker”12 . According to these authors “in spring 1999, Senator Charles Grassley (R-lowa) asked Bill Clinton for an assessment of KLA narcotics trafficking. The answer referred to the CIA and the DPA that “none of these two agencies possess information that would prove that the KLA is involved in any kind of criminal activity or have direct links to any organised criminal society”13 We don't fit these authors. They try to interpret it as the <x0 position that hides the assistance that has been given to the Albanian «mafies», the aid in conflict with the US Foreign Association Act of 1961, by which a drug-related entity is prohibited formally. ”14
“Revolta” of Xavier Raufer because other “do not mention the expression “mafia x5> or deny the KLA involvement in criminal activities is a farce of its kind. As mentioned earlier, Xavier Raufer is the nickname for French geography Christian de Bongain, which, for reasons he knows, has chosen to hide behind this nickname. This author, until the US's involvement in the Kosovo war and NATO intervention against Serbia, when he wrote with his identity as Christian de Bongain, had completely other attitudes. In his research on the Co-ordinated Criminal Threat Research Centre, he insisted that “criminal powers, those truths, are very few in number. In the correct sense, there are only two criminal superpowers: Cosa Nostra in Sicily and Triada in the Chinese world. Much more than a group of gangsters, these entities that appear in backward societies are states within the state, possess the assigned territory, subject population, its laws, military forces...”15
After the U.S. Inquiring in Kosovo's war, the author behind the nickname Xavier Raufer, “harroi” his previous conclusions! Hidden behind another identity, he may have thought he would hide the fact that in his previous research, he never mentioned the Albanian organized “crime” “. When I read “revolt” expressing Xavier Raufer to those who “reports are made and never mention “Albanian mafia”” I think maybe this person of “evolved to myself why he didn't mention it. “ in a sign of revolts had changed his name and decided to hide behind “the new name”, Xavier Raufer!
At least by that name, he doesn't just forget to mention “ But this product appeared as an unattainable reality even in the book title of Xavier Raufer and Stéphone Quéré!
The above item when he wrote as Christian de Boganin for criminal superpowers Xavier Raufer had it removed “The Cosa Nostra” and the Chinese “Triada”, and instead introduced the Serbian invention: “The Albanian subfix>
Just like the authors of Serbian propaganda “After the withdrawal of Serbian forces, the Albanian mafia was deployed on Kosovo territory, connected with political power, converted into criminal superpowers and became a threat to Europe...”16 .
Risk from Albanian “mafia” and from “KLA terrorism” The Serbian Secret Service had made it public through “White Books”, published and reprinted several times during 1998-03. In contrast to Serbian propaganda trumpeting that Albanian “terrorism, related to different forms of organised crime, posed a constant risk to the security of their citizens and the political stability of not only Serbia but other countries of the region” Xavier Raufer and Stéphene Quéré place special emphasis on “The impending threat to the European continent”, especially due to the interconnection of the Albanian “Mafies” with political power and mobilisation over political requirements.
“Deploration of the Albanian mafia into power structures” and “Open statements by former KLA leaders for Kosovo as an independent state”, Scare Xavier Raufer and Stéphoane Quéré!
To be convincing in “Their concern for the danger facing Europe”, these authors manipulate with different data to prove that Bosnia's <x0) independent state, established at Dayton's American military base, is the anti-model of the state, which constitutes nothing more than a patchwork of ethnically clean and criminalised cantons, which live exclusively from foreign aid and criminal industries. ” So to Avoid Kosovo's worst <x0nd nightmare of turning Kosovo into a second Bosnia (...), the top Western leaders, from whom the fate of Kosovo depends, can still recover, define a clear regional, realistic and applicable policy, raise their local representatives' readiness to fight, define and follow the main enemy: the Albanian mafia. ”
The reader can see that the alarm these two authors give for the risk of “creating the state of Kosovo” is the alarm of the landlords of fabricated notions in the Serbian Secret Service labs. Xavier Raufer and Stéphene Quéré are not alone! As not only is Dimal Basha, joining researcher Jana Arsovska to share ideas made up in Serbia's Secret Service kitchen, Ambalmed with “foreign scientists.
