This is now President Vjosa Osmani knows, but she's the only mechanism to release her constitutional order and resign that automatism drives the country into extraordinary elections! ?
Does she have moral strength to do this ethical and patriotic act?
I doubt it.

Kurti for the end went on to surprise Article 1.3 of the Constitution (the Republic of Kosovo has no territorial claims against either state or part of any state, and will not seek union with any state or part of any state; to declare its global project, ethnicity, third Republic, by a reference to the form of government and unity with Albania.
