The political crisis in Kosovo has been artificially maintained by the Vetevendosje Movement, to cover their greatest enemy. A party that rejects dialogue, deregulation, agreement and compromise.

Kosovo, as never before, needs internal dialogue to heal hatred, division and, above all, the risk of it becoming a failed state.

This Albanian and western value was overturned on the day the Vetevendosje Movement came to power on the day when dialogue and compromise turned into synonymous with national treason.

Albin Kurti, trying to be different from Hashim Thaci, has begun to look like Alexander Vuciqi. The antidote to this historic image of Kosovo can only be someone representing Serbian political doctrine. And, unfortunately, Kosovo in the last five years has been guided by such thinking.

Having relations with the United States; European Union sanctions; injured relations with the West; political campaigns with coffins and the dead; Kurdish-nationalist politics like opium for reducing sensitivity to internal failures; regional and international isolation; accepting agreements at diplomatic tables and destroying them on the ground; victimising, spreading lies, creating parallel realities, celebrating losses all of these are not the values of Albanians that spring from our political culture.

This is Serbian doctrine!

Kosovo needs to restore the winners' values, restore Western political doctrine, co-operation and dialogue between itself. He needs the return of the Western orientation that freed him, made him independent and equal to other states.

The need is for citizens to rule with the principles of the winner, not losers. With determination, not sacrifice. In spirit of cooperation, not revans. With common vision, not hate.

Kosovo needs citizens who are deprived of their egos to pave the way for the permanent progress of the state. Males who can awaken hope and inspire even in the worst situations of their lives.

Nights ago, Kosovo citizens were witnesses that statesmen like Hashim Thaci can give hope and inspire even when physically imprisoned.

Meanwhile, they witnessed that the populist, demagogue Albin Kurti, imprisoned in primitive and kamikaze world - is spreading fear, gloom, and stagnation.

This is the difference between a manship and a destroyer of institutions. But the real challenge is to prevent Kosovo from becoming a failed state.

The Republic of Kosovo, as never before, needs the creation of an institution that protects the Constitution from groups that reject constitutional order, but also from individuals who violate the Constitutional Court's decisions. An institution that has the mandate to monitor both political parties and individuals or radical groups that do not recognise or challenge the constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo.

At one time, Kosovo's Constitution, institutions and state were protected by foreign enemies. Today, these are endangered by a party that has not changed the agenda against the state of Kosovo, even after coming to power.

Kosovo today is obliged to defend against a man this state has given everything, while it has given Kosovo nothing.

And this can only happen through Kosovo institutions. Not political violence. No fake cause. Not kamikaze politics.

Trust is in institutions that have been built with many sacrifices. Therefore, it is important that the future judgments of the Constitutional Court be clearer, more direct, not allowing for misinterpretation by those who use deception as political strategies.

Part of the speech in the Kosovo Assembly that was not read in a short time!
