Three times Sui Generis

Kosovo is and will surely remain the case of Sui Generis in this world of the last thirty years. Furthermore, what we are witnessing in the past few years, and apart from past months and weeks, only empowers the conclusion that the case or example of Kosovo will be the first and last in international order.

Kosovo is thus triple the case of Sui Generis, and not only in what is widely known, as an excuse to support and accept the state of Kosovo, after its proclamation, 17 years ago.

First of all, the unique in Kosovo's history has to do with military intervention of the North-Atlantic Alliance in the spring of 1999.

That was for the first and last time. No doubt.

Well, it's known that there were entirely other international circumstances, it was the peak of that United States World, Russia and China then were no threat to America and the West.

But even if we did, this year 2025, anything about the United States and the East (Russia and China) report, would be the same as it was in that distant spring of 1999, with today's West, no chance of reaching the capital decision that must be saved by a people and a country because of the humanitarian and political rights of that people.

That West no longer exists.

Kosovo is the case with Sui Generis even with the way it has come to independence, following an international process led by President Martti Ahtisaari, who was mandated by UN Secretary General Kofi Annan.

Categorisation of Kosovo's state making as the case of Sui Generis was a Western stance with which Kosovo was not needed and could not be taken as an example for similar cases in the world. After all, the establishment of the state of Kosovo was the last chapter (finally the one of Montenegro's independence in 2006), of the break-up of the former joint state, RSPJ's (Yugoslav Parking), which occurred in 1991.

On the other hand, it should not be forgotten that in the international negotiation company for determining Kosovo's status, in the 2005-2007 arch, Russia, as part of the Contact Group, which has even been the co-author of this group's (November, 2005), which in its entirety, left no other path for Kosovo except its independence.

Moscow was okay with this Contact Group stance.

Kosovo was then the last time the co-operation of this nature occurred between the West and Russia.

The history of Kosovo from the end of the last century so far would have to ensure that the case of Sui Generis remains even under current circumstances, which are only coming and being complicated. You know why.

Here, before all, we're talking about the KFOR Mission, which is the Pact Mission. NATO since its establishment since February 1999 (during the Ramboullett Pacific Conference in February, March 1999). It is even known that by 2003, Russian forces have been part of KFOR.

Its multiethnic composition, and the role American forces have in this mission, are irreplaceable for preserving peace and stability in Kosovo, but also in the region.

He could easily guess what would happen in the reports between Kosovo and Serbia, which are far from the Western goal of achieving full normalisation of relations between these two states, unless KFOR were in Kosovo.

All that has happened in Kosovo and with Kosovo, therefore, in a quarter of a century and more, is a separate history that has been connected, or has been the result or result of a West and a World that is no more.

From this point of view, it turns out that Kosovo is the last and best product (the most successful) of the West, what it used to be.
