It says: Dardan Sejdiu

After the 85 thousand jobs story story, the next story went to market: The state will provide 500 euros for every woman employed at 500 euros from the business, making the salary 1,000 euros.

At first glance, this looks like a miracle. In reality, it is a big fraud that destroys the labour market and evaporates taxpayers' money within 48 hours.

Read well, because you need to understand the truth about this “the miracle of 500 Euros”.

If a friend comes up with an idea for your <x0... fast-rich”, which promises to double your money every month using someone else's wallet, each of you would run. But when the incumbent government promises that, they call it <x2-political progressive economic”.

The proposal for the state to pay $500,000 of the salary, provided the business pays another $500, is being sold as a historic turnover. In reality, this is a temporary “carem”. This proposal will create the private sector a massive problem, destroy the morale of existing workers and send our money directly into the pockets of producers in Serbia, Macedonia, Germany and Turkey.

Let me guess why this proposal is not just wrong, but it's a dangerous trick:

1. “Timeout Work Kurth”
In a healthy economy, a job is created because one's skills generate value. If a business employs a woman only because the state covers 50% of the bill, that job is not real. It's a “and work timeout”.
Understand the logic of business: Why don't I get a employee “falas” for a year? But as that subvention stops, the cost of that company's labor is virtually doubled overnight. Unless it becomes twice as productive within 12 months (what is impossible), the business will do what any rational business does: complete the contract or replace it with the real market price.
Women will be used to capture the grant and leave the day it ends “top-up”. This does not build a career; this builds an even more serious cycle of uncertainty.

2. Hate Engine and Invited to Deceptions
Imagine you're a manager at a private firm in Gjilan. You have a good worker who's been working with you for 10 years. It is qualified and earns $750 a month, salary above average.
Now, thanks to the subsidy, you hire a young woman with zero experience. Because of the government, its initial salary is 1,000.
Congratulations, you just set your business on fire! You just destroyed the idea that people are paid on the grounds of merit.
What do you tell the employee with 10 years of experience? Why engage someone when the new “ ” receives more just because it has proper ID and a political subvention? This policy punishes good and loyal workers and rewards immediate fraud.

3. “
Kosovo has a trade deficit that is destroying the country. We import over 80% of what we consume. When the government injects $500,000 into a consumer's pocket in an economy that produces almost nothing, that money does not stay here in Kosovo. Those “leak” abroad within 48 hours.
Instead of building local production, the government is subsidising factories in Serbia, Macedonia and Turkey. We are taking the money from Kosovo taxpayers and handing it over to foreign producers. This is a massive transfer of wealth outside Kosovo.

4. Production Archive
For Kosovo to no longer be a “import”, it must compete with the region. In Macedonia, the average net salary is around $725. In Serbia, about $930. If Kosovo increases wages artificially to 1,000m through subvention, it creates <x2) electoral communications”.
No producers, foreign or local, build factories where the pay floor is held up by the government. Investors demand real productivity. When the subsidy is complete, Kosovo will remain with a labour force that expects 1,000m pay, but has the productivity of an economy of $500. So we take our people out of the regional market.

5. “URI” Elexorial vs. Infrastructure
The 2026 budget is scheduled to be around 4 billion euros. Every euro spent on a temporary allowance is a euro that is not spent on real reasons why women don't work.
According to the World Bank, 74% of inactive women in Kosovo cite care responsibilities (for children or the elderly) as the main barrier. They don't stay home because the wages are low; they stay because there is no one to protect their children.
Here we need to understand the difference between charity and investment. One is “-Electrical caramela”, a temporary infusion of money that creates government dependence and gives you a <x2-sourcer” that lasts only as much campaign, but doesn't satisfy you.
The other is “Production infrastructure”, nest construction and support of factories that provide permanent solutions.
When the government gives cash, the money is spent on the neighborhood market for imported goods, and the woman returns home once the subsidy stops. But when the state builds a nursery, it frees the woman to work on the real market for the next 20 years, not just until election day.

6. Pure Deception
This policy is a gold mine for frauds. A business owner “employs” his sister, wife, or cousin at home. He pays her $500 (which she simply cashs, and the government sends him a check of $500 a month.
“just handled the system for $6,000 annually. Without an army of inspectors, this will turn into a massive cash extraction scheme from the state budget.

7. Political Tales (Nomerology)
This policy is the definition of “Nomerology”. It's designed to look beautiful on Facebook, but it fails in every developmental logic. Kurt ignores 113,000 people who have fled the country since 2021. People don't run away because subsist “once in life”; they leave because “The real economy” is being replaced by a fairy tale of years.

This is an electoral trick that shines for one second, while the state is tearing us apart. The figures do not lie: 74% of inactive women do not have where to leave children, when only 19.5% of them have access to the nursery. With the cost of subvention of 1,000 women alone, before “used” for import, the state could build 15 permanent nests.

Instead of burning a 4-billion budget in a <x0-use” scheme, money should fix the power grid. No investor comes to Prizren or Gjilan for years if his factory remains in the dark. Math is clear: infrastructure and production build state, subsidies only buy time until the next migration.

This is short-term bribery disguised as strategy. It doesn't build anything. It doesn't solve anything.

Math doesn't lie. Politics does.
