Also high diplomatic representatives of the EU, the US and Russia. The media claim in Serbia that Belgrade tomorrow will announce a piece of occupied Kosovo is exaggerated.

What could be the Vucciki strategy tomorrow?

1. Its main goal is to create a strong position for internal consumption. Albin Kurti and the government of Kosovo have taken serious action to extend legitimacy in northern Kosovo. This has certainly hit and greatly reduced power in Serbia. The position and support for the estabilism there can be moved and decreased by these actions, so Vuciq has a strong reaction to his domestic opinion as a strong man.

2. The maintenance of the security crisis in the north and Kosovo. That's the second goal. When Kurt walked north yesterday there was a normality, there was no security crisis. Also, the closure of Serbia's offices and the opening of new businesses has changed the situation on the ground evidently. This is not in Vuciki's interests, that is, normality and rule of law. He's going to try tomorrow to threaten to hurt the current normalisation and try to restore a state of violence, protest and instability.

3. Fear, uncertainty and suspicion (FPD)! This will no doubt be the main result of his talk tomorrow. After he completes his speech, in northern Kosovo, in the Balkans, there will be more FPD. It is also in harmony with his ally in Moscow, which is very intermediated to maintain crises outside Ukraine in order to distract the West from Eastern Europe.

4. Hit Kurt. This is certainly in Aleksandar Vuciq's emotional and mental centre. He hates Kurt and will do everything possible to hurt him in the next election. Master Vuciq's plan as the first point is to remove Albin Kurti from position, government and dialogue. Vuciq's position in Brussels' dialogue with Kurti's latest actions has faded. When Belgrade has no influence in the north, it has no impact on dialogue. It's a much bigger problem than seen. Especially at the time when we have major changes in Brussels, and when a review of the dialogue strategy should be made, it wins in importance.

5. Beneft from Perryt. It usually creates artificial problems to solve them for any benefit from the West. These benefits may be different, including about his support in domestic politics in Serbia. For Serbia's advancement in EU membership negotiations... or even in major projects from the Berlin Process or the purchase of aircraft from France, additional investments from Germany. Tomorrow I can create a new artificial security problem and then come and ask him to stop the worst. And then he becomes the good Balkan politician.

These could more or less constitute the strategy and goals of Vuciq and official Belgrade tomorrow when addressing the situation in northern Kosovo. Unfortunately, none of these problems concern the lives of Kosovo Serbs whom Belgrade is constantly using and sacrificing, as was the case with blockades this week that only the local community caused trouble.

Serbia's diplomatic strategy with both West and Russia and the rest of the world have produced good results for them so far.

That move tomorrow can certainly benefit Vuciqi and Serbia the next period, but it will not be at all about local Serbs in Kosovo or even dialogue in Brussels where Belgrade is losing spark and the situation on the ground is changing in behalf of Pristina, legitimacy and normality.
