She at a media conference confirmed that in terms of the case Turkey has sent written questions, while adding that judicial co-operation with this state is very good.
“... First, the Ministry of Justice has excellent co-operation with Turkey... In the past you know the case of the expulsion of Turkish citizens from Kosovo, but in general judicial co-operation with Turkey is very good ... We always address the requirements when they are in line with court decisions, according to the legislation in force and the agreements we have.
In this regard we have also received written questions about the case in question. But because of the sensitivity of the case I've asked the director of the department to inform me only of issues that the public can announce, so I think I'd like to ask you to answer in writing only on issues allowed...”, Minister Haxhiu said.
