European Commission President Ursula von der Leyeen has invited leaders of six Western Balkan countries to a working lunch.

The Western Balkans Enlargement Plan will be discussed during this meeting.

Von der Leyen said the six Western Balkan countries belong to Europe and that this is what they are working on.

“Paralyse, we are linking their economies and markets with ours to our 6 billion-euro growth plan for the region”, she said.

While European Commission spokeswoman Ana Pisonero said yesterday the Commission is finalising its assessment regarding the agendas presented by Western partners.
